Salvage Yard Tycoon Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 19, 2026
Avantrix Intelligence ("Avantrix Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") built Salvage Yard Tycoon (the "Game"), a free-to-play idle tycoon game for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game uses, how it's used and shared, and the choices available to you. The Game has no accounts, and we never ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.
If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us using the contact information at the end of this page.
1. Information the Game Keeps
Your saved game. Your progress is stored on your device and, if iCloud is turned on, in your own iCloud account through Apple's iCloud storage, so it can sync between your devices. We can't see your saved game.
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made so the Game can deliver it, but we never receive or store your payment details.
Gameplay statistics. If "Share anonymous usage data" is turned on in the Game's Settings, the Game records gameplay events, such as which upgrades are bought and how long tasks take, to help us balance the Game. These events contain no personal information. Today they stay on your device. If we start sending them to an analytics service, we will update this policy first. You can turn this off at any time in the Game's Settings.
Reminders. If you allow notifications, reminders (for example, when your yard has finished working while you're away, or when a daily reward is ready) are scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us, and you can turn reminders off in the Game's Settings or in iOS Settings.
2. Advertising
The Game shows optional rewarded video ads, only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show ads and measure their performance, Google may collect information such as:
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when iOS asks
- Your IP address, and an approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, and app version
- How you interact with ads
Google uses this information as described in its own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
3. Your Choices
Tracking. iOS asks whether the Game may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Saying no does not change how many ads you see; the ads are simply less personalized.
Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can review or change your choice later from "Ad Privacy Choices" in the Game's Settings.
Watching ads is always optional. No ad plays unless you tap to start it.
4. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in the Game are limited to content suitable for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not store any of your information on our own servers. Deleting the Game removes its data from your device. Your iCloud copy of the saved game can be removed in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage. For information Google holds for advertising, see Google's privacy tools linked above.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we don't hold personal information about you on our own servers, most requests concern data held by Apple or Google, and we will help direct your request. Contact us at the address below.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the Game's App Store release notes.
